Q&A With Prime care technologies Employees

Asked to all employees at Prime care technologies

  • the ceo protects him and his. they micromanage and cheap their way around everything. including cheaping out on their employees. on the road benefits are literally half of my new employers. HALF.

  • I found Jim to be honest and fair. He is very blunt and sometimes that is interpreted as being hostile.

  • He insists on being the smartest man in the room. Few instances exist of him taking someone else's suggestion over his own. Treats staff horribly. No longer allowed to communicate with departing staff as those interactions turn negative and confrontational. I've never worked for a worse executive.

  • Accrual system. accrual is 11 hours per month to start.

  • PCT uses a PTO system. Under 5 years of service you gain 5.33 hours of PTO per bi weekly pay period. This adds up to 3 weeks and a day per year. It's pretty sweet.

Asked to all employees at Prime care technologies

  • stop the micromanaging. trust your employees or get new ones. be willing to learn from your employees instead of bulling over them. and stop reading every inbound and outbound email. A CMO doing that is wasting his time and the company's money.

  • reasonable pay, caring the tiniest bit about work/life balance and communication.

  • This is a complicated question at this organization. Currently there are personal kingdoms in place here that prevent work from getting done. I would attempt to break up those kingdoms and force the delegation of work and empowerment of subordinates. Work cannot stop due to one team member being preoccupied on other tasks.

  • horrible. the guy that interviewed me literally turned his back to me and texted / emailed. I finally stopped talking and told him I'd wait until he was ready to pay attention to my answers.

  • Interviews are pretty informal. They will ask direct questions related to the skill set of the job you are applying for and expect you to know the answers on the fly. Personality wise they look for adaptable people who are willing to wear many hats.

  • Can be pretty low depending on what is going on. It really varies depending on what you put into it. At this company you only get out of it what you put in. Those that just slog through and just put in their hours are unhappy. The ones that go the extra mile and get involved with things outside the scope of their job (special projects) are generally happy because they are rewarded for it.
