The seasonality of our industry means that some weeks are busy and some weeks are REALLY busy. So some weeks, stress feels almost unbearable. But teammates and leaders will support you if you ask for help. Even when my own leader is drowning they help me to prioritize and ask for help to get it done
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy that we now have some tuition reimbursement. It's not a ton, but definitely better than nothing and very appreciated!
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy that people in leadership and on other teams know my name and recognize my hard work in a small company. I also get to lean in on projects I am most excited about personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is the best! I am loyal to them because they care about me, advocate for me, and help me to improve my work and my career path. They share what they can to give me context and guidance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates. While I personally love my boss, others may not feel the same about theirs. But there seems to be agreement in the trenches that we come to work for each other, because we all feel we have several friends/teammates who would help us and who we will help whenever necessary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've been a part of 3 teams in my time here and have worked with many others. On each team, I truly feel that we chip in to help each other when it's needed. We have each other's backs when someone is sick, when someone is overwhelmed, or when someone needs advice on their assignment.
