I think the leadership team values their teams as people, putting their unique set of strengths to work. They are humble and easy to approach.

Benefits are a big weakness at VoiceComm. The best thing is that I am provided visibility to how we are tracking toward our bonus payouts daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are nice and respectful to one another. Personal relationships seem to be encouraged and with people who are fun, kind and funny days are just better. Also there are no expectations to put in 100 hour weeks, we are encouraged to ask for support.
