VoiceComm – I would say overall it is decent. I enjoy working with middle managers and direct managers, but CEO level is not ideal as he seems to be a bit of a micro manager. The benefits could be better which I think would encourage people to stay longer and make a difference in new hires. | Comparably

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I do like how well they communicate not only goals for the company, but also just updates to those goals as well through out the weeks

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The direct managers seem to be a lot more relaxed about the rules as far as going into the office and are way more understanding if you need to handle personal matters.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I do enjoy interacting with most the team as they are willing to help each other, however certain members can be "know it alls" which makes it feel like your input is not taken.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I feel like the CEO is trying to force this concept of coming into the office and working the normal 9-5 hours. However with times changing and working from home being more and more relevant things need to change.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is not a process to do reviews (but I think this is starting). There is a lack of career pathing. The benefits such as health care and other insurances are not great either. Vacation time is decent at best.
