we started doing little things which is great for morale. we wish monthly raffles come back too
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rob is the leadership for us in the warehouse. He knows everything inside and out. He is a hardworker and wants us to work hard. When we do he rewards us, when we miss orders and dont hit our KPI he tells us and always tells us what we do wrong. Not ever customer is the same
