Be honest, train customer service reps to be nicer to the customers
abusive experience so unsatisfying and destabilizing
It's deceptive practices and training employees not to lie
Better customer service in the claims department for starters. Also explain to the homeowner why Homesite insurance decides to strike things off of a earimate from the field adjusters and contractors. Your staff does not get out in the fild and see the actual damages to the customers home.
