The hours are too long. Expected to stay 10-12 hours during 8 hrs shifts

First off managers get incentives for a number of different things and partners do as well but the maintenance team which is the glue to that place gets under paid and the Bosses keep changing how the mileage is reimbursed it is awfully unfair in that manner
