First off managers get incentives for a number of different things and partners do as well but the maintenance team which is the glue to that place gets under paid and the Bosses keep changing how the mileage is reimbursed it is awfully unfair in that manner
Communication, and attitude, needs to improve.
Better assistant managers, supervisor, managers, and district managers. They need to realize all employees not just ones.
