What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their professionalism and enthusiasm about the company.
i admire their thoughtfulness in making strategic decisions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They don't care about us workers...just the bottom line.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and time off are great
Tuition remission is really great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay rate is decent but I believe for the particular field and department I'm in it could be more.
pay is too low and hours are long
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're professional, proficient and deliver relatively fast results.
The team is cohesive and helpful without infighting
A lot of very smart ambitious bright people
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many games. So much politics. Ridiculous
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The small but helpful company incentives such as events, as well as the company's flexibility towards employees schedules.
Everyone is respectful of each other and the work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
management is more concerned about the bottom line instead of our comfort
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was interviewed by a variety of members on the team.
