There is almost no room to progress even after taking up new courses and roles. There is mostly a sense of unappreciation from the management.

We support each other a lot. There is always someone to look out for you and this helps achieve our goals as a team

There has been a gradual shift from that friendly environment to a strict target oriented environment

The interviewers experience and frequent updates
The panel was very calm and respectful

Someone that's been there for a month should not be interviewing someone that's been there for 20 years
