Mr. Martin P. Connor, also known as Marty, Joined Toll Brothers, Inc. as Vice President and Assistant Chief Financial Officer in December 2008 and was appointed a Senior Vice President in December 2009. Mr. Connor has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Toll Brothers, Inc. since September 2010. During the period from 1998 to 2005, he served on the Toll Brothers, Inc. From June 2008 to December 2008, Mr. Connor was President of Marcon Advisors LLC, a finance and accounting consulting firm that he founded. From October 2006 to June 2008, Mr. Connor was Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations for O???Neill Properties, a diversified commercial real estate developer in the Mid-Atlantic area. Prior to October 2006, he spent over 20 years at Ernst & Young LLP as an Audit and Advisory Business Services Partner, responsible for the real estate practice for Ernst & Young LLP in the Philadelphia marketplace. He has been named twice as the Best CFO in the Homebuilding & Building Products industry by Institutional Investor magazine and is a frequent university and industry speaker. He is also very active in community and civic organizations. He received a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.
