There is a really good stock purchase option to purchase stock using part of your salary at a discount. They also have 401k matching.

Strong sales experience and friendly personalities
People are respectful and down to earth at this company. They also prioritize the customer in everything you do, so you can feel good about the work you do. Meetings aren't just theater, and actually take place to get tangible work done.
Everyone pretends the emperor has new clothes.
Friendly, skilled and have a great mindset
Temp on team has more work ethic and pride in his work than all team members and subcontractors. Sad!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a tight knit group.
Everyone looks after each other

We can be competitive at times but we support each other even when we make mistakes
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy. I got in there fast, but it was because somebody was leaving.
It was done on a zoom meeting
Loved the division president but he didn’t last long after I join
The interview felt comfortable and genuine, while also not being overly laid back. I was able to hold a genuine conversation with management while I knew they were truly interested in making sure I knew what my resume claimed to know, but that I would also be a good fit for the culture.

We prioritize the customer in all decisions we make, so you never have moral quandaries about what you're doing, because you know you're doing the right thing to make someone else's life better.
