The crew I work with all tend to have the same style and are willing to help one another
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all try to have a good day, in the end we understand that we all work at the same place either way and we try our best to get along. Not meaning there aren't people who throw that away and make problems
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make the same wage a new hires and have been there longer. Sometimes it's more about who does what they want even if it means over working them like puppets. Just because I don't volunteer every time they need a shift covered doesn't make me less than the others
