Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make the same wage a new hires and have been there longer. Sometimes it's more about who does what they want even if it means over working them like puppets. Just because I don't volunteer every time they need a shift covered doesn't make me less than the others

it is always clean the decor is very pretty as well they serve up some good southern food
