What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Selling what is possible to deliver with the resources and experience they have. Selling to retain the new business at any cost to the delivery team is not a scalable delivery methodology. They will never bring in a new resource to deliver complex projects and keep them for long.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Top rated pay for performance system

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a very unique company. Annual expedition metaphore to guide us through the year. The most contemporary systems and methods. Weekly, monthly rythm for all employee meetings. Semi-annual "Team Week" at HQ in Milwaukee, WI (until Covid hit). Engaged leadership team. Traction coached company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Range of interviewers + day-in-the-life projrct + thoughtful whiylteboard exercises
Starts with a focus on what the candidate loves to do - philosophy is that people will excel more doing what they love to do.
I like that candidates get tested to get into our company. That raises the quality of individual for all of us.
