Have to fight to even get a 10 cent raise. Its ridiculous.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most everyone works together. It is the young people that have no work ethics what so ever.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing how to treat other employees. The higher they are the less they care. To them it is all about money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fair pay for hours worked. Too many hours on your feet in a row with no real break. Your break is spent running to the rest room.
