Awful, it is one if the worst jobs I've ever had

Management won't be managers and let employees get away with extremely illegal activity

Bring in new management and pick ones that will actually take initiative yo make this business bestter

For the laziness to stop. For them to do their jobs and quite bickering about having to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being managers, not the employees friends. It's a double standard every single day. One day one thing will be allowed for certain employees but not for others. They also do nothing to take care of employees who are stealing money out of drawer, on their phones breaking a HIPAA act.
