They are transparent and open to feedback regarding the direction of the company. There are frequent townhall sessions where they go over the state of the business and where they want us to grow

I'm paid below average from the market
Compared to the tech (especially fin-tech market) Curve's pay is lower than most. Curve also brings you in at a lower title but expects you to perform 2-3 levels higher without paying you for it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No support for teams continuously onboarding new leadership and having to figure out how to work with new leadership on top of being stretched already.
The US specifically needs full autonomy from the UK in order to succeed. The current product cannot compete in the US market being reliant on the UK
