Informally structured. Everyone works for one goal. Transparent communication. Leadership likes to avoid meetings and focus on getting everything done through simple processes. Meetings happen only and only for brainstorming and retrospections.

  • Not people focussed at all

  • Flexible and open. Discussions and arguments are taken constructively both by engineers and leadership. There is good amount of brainstorming which happens across different departments and opinions are respected by any member irrespective of their designation. Open and comfortable environment.
