Degreed is a supportive employer and trying hard to address scalability issues and to create an inclusive workplace. Senior management can be quite removed from day to day, they dont always empathize with current challenges like the cost of living crisis.

  • The maternity and paternity leave policies are the same: Unlimited paid with an agreement to return 2x your duration. They also offer a child care stipend to both moms and dads. In my experience, this benefit is also offered to part time positions.
