What's the office vibe like at Everwise?
It's a focused environment but at the same time not one that's charged up with tension like some places I have worked. There is a fair amount of noise, mostly conversations going on around the office. We have a large table in the middle of the office people most people eat lunch at or work with team members they don't sit next to. We also have conference rooms, but most collaboration happens on the floor. Some people wear headphones to focus, and others will grab a meeting room when needed. The energy level is high after about 10 am, and overall I would say we have a positive, let's figure it out together vibe.

We recognize achievements publicly and it's often people will move into new roles that better fit their career aspirations. We are not a place that is big on titles and we are very flat.
whats the best reason for working there?
We are able to work on a great mission and aid in building a product that is helping professionals gain the skills they need to reach their long term career goals. Helping to continue to build this team, and ultimately help the company continue to succeed is very satisfying.
