How and when will I receive my Rewards?

Earn 10 Pinwheel Points for every dollar spent on merchandise at A.C. Moore retail locations or on ACMoore.com.

Earn $10 Rewards Certificates for every 2000 pinwheel points.

When will I receive my Rewards Certificates?

During the first week of each month, A.C. Moore identifies A.C. Moore Rewards members who have earned Rewards Certificates during the past month. If you have earned a certificate, you will receive an email notification that your Rewards are on the way!

Rewards Certificates are mailed between the 15th and 30 of each month. If you're expecting a certificate that hasn't arrived, please email [email protected] with the following information:

If you upgrade to Pinwheel VIP and have pre-existing Rewards Points:

You will be mailed a certificate for the remaining points you have when you enroll in the Pinwheel VIP program within 4 to 6 weeks.

Certificates are issued based on qualifying point balances in increments of 2000.

Once you have enrolled you will no longer receive points. Instead, as a VIP, you receive 5% off every in-store purchase.

Store Coupon Policy

A.C. Moore store locations allowone coupon applied per item in a transaction. You may use one coupon of each type per day (e.g. single-item percentage off, total purchase coupon, custom framing, Rewards, etc.).

Coupons are not valid at outlet or liquidation stores, and ACMoore.com currently allows only one coupon per transaction in addition to one Rewards Certificate per transaction.

Need to return something you purchased online?

Simply send your new, unused item back or bring it to a store near you with proof of purchase within 60 days and well do our best to take care of you. If you are a domestic customer and would like us to send you a pre-paid return label at a flat cost of $5 (which will be deducted from your return amount), please contact our Customer Care team via [email protected] and we will be glad to assist you!

Returns processed online

Return new items you bought from acmoore.com using your preferred shipping method and well credit applicable items back to your original payment method upon arrival to our facility.

If you do not contact us for a pre-paid return label and you ship back your return without contacting us, we will require proof of purchase. Please include your original packing slip or include a handwritten note with your Order ID and email address. This allows us to properly credit you back and get in touch with you should we have any questions.

When you ship back to us without a pre-paid shipping label, we recommend using a trackable shipping method in order for us to help verify receipt of your return and emailing [email protected] to give us a heads up that we should be expecting your return.

We reserve the right to apply account credit and/or no credit at all if a product is not returned to our warehouse in its new, unused, and unopened condition. If you send used products or products that are no longer in their original packaging, or "return to sender" without properly shipping an item back, we will not able to process a refund.

While many products we sell in our stores are found on ACMoore.com, and vice-versa, not all products will match or be found at their respective locations. Generally, we carry more products in our stores than we do online.

As an active member of A.C. Moore Rewards, you will earn ten points for every $1.00 you spend on merchandise at participating A.C. Moore store locations. You can earn double points on purchases of $100 or more. Certain exclusions may apply. Points will be awarded based on the dollar amount paid for each item minus all coupons, discounts, or other savings received. Points earned will be rounded to the nearest point. Points cannel be earned on sales tax, reward redemptions, prior purchases, gift cards, classroom fees, acmoore.com purchases or returned merchandise. Double points cannot be earned on Cricut, Yudu, Slice, digital photo shop, custom framing and custom floral arranging.

You may also receive opportunities to earn bonus and double points through special offers and promotions. These special offers and promotions include but are not limited to:

Purchases made during special dates or times

Attending specially designated classes

Purchasing specially designated products

Purchases made above a designated spend threshold

There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate each year, and you'll have a full calendar year to earn rewards points. However, any account with fewer than 2000 points by February 1st each year will have their points balance reset to zero. Any account with more than 2000 points earned before February 1st will receive one reward certificate for every 2000 points earned. The remaining points under 2000 will then be reset to zero.

If you joined the program between October and December of the current year, your points will roll over into the next year, but will expire on January 31st of the following year.

Unused points and certificates earned with unregistered accounts started between January and September of the current year or earlier will expire January 31st. Certificates earned by customers who joined between October and December will expire after one calendar year of membership without registration.

Rewards certificates (i) can be redeemed for merchandise only as offered by A.C. Moore in its participating retail store locations and acmoore.com, (ii) must be used in their entirety at the time of purchase and (iii) may not be redeemed for gift cards, store credit, select products, online services or service items. Merchandise purchased with a rewards certificate may be exchanged for merchandise only.

You must present your membership key tag, membership card, member identification number or link your rewards account to your online account at the time of purchase to receive points. Points will be deducted from your account for products that are returned to A.C. Moore. Membership cards, key tags, points and rewards certificates have no cash value, may not be sold, bartered or exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason. Your membership begins once your membership card is activated online.

A.C. Moore is not responsible for communications, including but not limited to rewards certificates which are lost, delayed or misdirected in the mail, e-mail or otherwise during transit. A.C. Moore assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member name or address information. Members are responsible for notifying A.C. Moore of any changes in member name or address information. The issuance of rewards certificates is final except in the event that the certificate has been issued in error. Lost or stolen rewards certificates will not be reissued. Expired and unused rewards certificates may not be replaced. The fraudulent use of rewards certificates may result in cancellation of membership or potential legal action.

Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at participating A.C. Moore retail store locations and acmoore.com. To maintain your membership in active status, you must earn at least one point each year, and or visit the https://acmoore.com website or open an e-mail delivered to the address on file.

A.C. Moore reserves the right to make rewards points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation or information supplied by the member.

A member may cancel their membership at any time by using the Contact Us section of our website at https://support.acmoore.com/hc/en-us/categories/360001083772-Contact-Us

A.C. Other Terms and Conditions

All interpretations of the program terms and conditions and program rules shall be at the sole discretion of A.C. Moore and such interpretations are binding on you.

Members are responsible for taxes, charges or other liabilities related to or resulting from their participation in the program.

A.C. Moores failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If you take any legal action relating to your use of the program or these terms and conditions, you agree to file such action only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.

The program is void where prohibited by law. If in any particular state the program or A.C. Moore has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental or regulatory approval, the program will be void in that particular state.

International orders may be subject to duties and any other fees levied by the destination country. Fees are charged upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient before a shipment will be released by your local carrier, when applicable.

We have no control over these charges as they adjust on acountry-by-country basis and according to local governmental laws. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it may cause delays outside of ACMoore's control.

What amount will my customs fee be based on?

Any customs charged will be based on thesubtotalof your order. The subtotal is the price we charge on items before any coupon or points are applied. We are unable to lower or modify the subtotal amount or change prices reflected on paperwork for any reason. *See below for a 3rd party link which may help you in figuring out whether your order will be charged duties upon receipt.

Example: If your total order exceeds your country's de minimis value by country and duties are owed, you will be calculated based on your gross order total. (e.g. If an item is regularly priced at $10 USD, but we have the sale price on our site is $8 USD, then $8 USD is the subtotal that customs would be due on, excluding shipping costs).

With a valid A.C. Moore receipt (register or email receipt)

A.C. Moore will gladly exchange or refund merchandise purchases made within the last 60 days.Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and will be refunded using the same method of tender payment*.

Valid photo ID may be required.

For quick and easy refunds, become a Rewards Member.

*Cash will be tendered for Refunds on purchases made by Debit Cards. Cash will be tendered for purchases made with a Check 10 business days after purchase.

Without a valid A.C. Moore receipt

With a Valid Photo ID, merchandise can be returned in its original condition without the original receipt. Merchandise will be subject to the lowest selling price over the last 60 days or 20% off our everydayvalue. Refunds will be given in the form of an A.C. Moore Refund Card.

Refund Exclusions:

Custom Services, Class Fees, Clearance Merchandise, and Gift Cards are non-refundable; Seasonal merchandise cannot be returned without the original register or emailed receipt; Cricut items may only be exchanged for identical items with a valid register or emailed receipt; Tax Exemption status must be presented prior to transaction completion, as Taxes Paid are non-refundable.

Sale Adjustments

With the original register or emailed receipt, sale adjustments can be made on items purchased within seven days of the original purchase.

Price Variation

A.C. Moore honors the price at which we have an item labeled. We will gladly refund the differencebetween the incorrect price paid and the labeled price.

A.C. Moore reserves the right to modify any of the above policies, and to limit or decline refunds of any purchase at any time.

Domestic ordersplaced within the contiguous United States are estimated to be received within 2-5 business days from when your order ships. Orders are normally processed within one business day and you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

If you live in a major city, you may receive your order a day earlier than those residing in a rural area.

Orders placed from Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico may take an additional 1-2 business days to be received.

International orders from Canada and Europe, as well as major cities throughout the world typically receive their orders within 7-10 business days. The average shipping time to the rest of the world and in rural areas outside of major metropolitan areas is approximately 2 weeks.

Almost all international shipments include tracking information, but in some cases, tracking may be limited or you may need to obtain a secondary tracking number from DHL's website upon handoff to your local postal carrier.

If you are an international customer, please reviewour Customs Page. Certain countries may have long shipping delays due to customs or governmental circumstances outside of A.C. Moore's control, but if for any reason you have not received your order within one month of it being placed, we will gladly investigate with our carrier partners and work to ensure your happiness.

'Backordered' means your order included an item that is either temporarily out of stock, or no longer available. If we do not know when or if the item will be coming back in stock, we will refund you for any missing items and ship the remainder of your order to prevent delays (domestic and international customers). If we know the product is coming back in stock soon, we will ship the item as soon as it's back in stock (domestic customers only).

Placing something in your shopping cart doesn't always guarantee that you'll get the item. If an item sells out while you're shopping on acmoore.com, it may be removed from your cart if you haven't proceeded to checkout. It's also possible that an item may be available at the beginning of checkout, but while entering shipping or payment information it may have gone out of stock. Please visit your local A.C. Moore location to sign up for an A.C. Moore Tax Exempt card. Once you have signed up in the store, your Tax Exempt Card will be registered at our Corporate Office and mailed out to you for use whenever you make purchases at our stores.

A.C. Moore Tax Exempt Cards are issued to organizations and individuals who present valid state-issued certificates exempting purchases from state tax. State tax exemptions are only valid in the state issuing the certificate.

Check Acceptance Policy

We will gladly accept your personal check written for the exact amount of the transaction with the following forms of identification:

Don't worry, we do not store this information and use secure tokenization methods that allow you to come back to Blitsy and not have to re-enter the same information twice (unless you want to, of course, in which case you can always edit your payment methods).

What's tokenization, you ask? It's a security technology that replaces sensitive account information, such as the 16-digit account number, with a unique digital identifier called a token. The token allows payments to be processed without exposing actual account details that could potentially be compromised.
