What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were really nice to me, and treated me like an individual not just another application.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. It's an office full of my friends, that we're all just working hard and having fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Everyone is supportive and kind, and genuinely kind - not like surface level kind. Their character is kind. THey're humble, and funny as hell. Also everyone is kinda weird, so that helps.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders encourage thoughtfulness, compassion, being humble and having fun. I love that people are treated fairly and as individuals. I love the way the leadership team interacts with the rest of the organization. It's not dog eat dog or throw each other under the bus. They genuinely care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a team of genuinely good people, that are wicked smart, and care about what they do. The people at work are my real friends, like going to work is like hanging out with my buddies - just talking about cloud stuff. I seriously love everyone in the office.
