What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent with company vision, plans, changes and do a really good job of leading ACG into the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone genuinely cares about each other, and if we have to have honest conversations, it's done under the lens that we're all growing together and trying to improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Innovating new ways to do things, even if they're small and seeing the impact of that change happen across the team/s that we work with in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's measured fairly, against market rate for a similar role - with allowances for high performance and more importantly - how we fit into the core values of ACG.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It focused a lot of values. I think the fact that we are deliberate about finding value-aligned candidates is one of the main reasons that we've been able to maintain our awesome culture despite growing so fast!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has license to bring their authentic self to work. There is room for all types of people from different backgrounds; we have clubs, groups, circles of people who just hang out based on likes / hobbies and all that kind of thing.
