The company is very understanding and want to make sure they provide what is needed and deserved. Bonuses, raises, promotions, and tons of benefits are all achievable.

They understand how busy everyone is, more importantly, they lift you and know you're here because you can provide value and don't disregard your input. You are heard and have a huge opportunity to make change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is always hosting a fun event or as a team we get together (in-person and virtually) to hang out and talk. They are also making sure we're have tools to help support our mental health and physical health. They are always bringing us new things and it is always a positive.
