Curiosity and drive, it is exciting to work with people who want to work and find solutions to problems internally and for our clients
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the transparency and even though we are not a part of the actual decision making process, they share all of the options with us to move towards the goals they choose each year. I love knowing they don't just have three OKRs but have carefully and thoughtfully narrowed them down to three.
