Our leadership team never rests! They are constantly working to keep ACG's vision, strategy, and plan to get there clear, and making sure that vision isn't just theirs, but is shared by everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ah! Where to start! One thing I love about my team is the diversity -- no matter where we come from, where we've lived, or who we are, we're together because we're passionate about education, about equality, about making the best platform in the world, and about having fun while we do it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ACG really looks out for its people. It's not perfect, no company is, and sometimes the fast-pace environment can get you down -- but everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) is there and willing to support you and pick you up. Leadership and HR genuinely care about their people, and you can feel that.
