The benefits are great, the pay is reasonable, although not having yearly cost-of-living increases detracts a bit. I feel valued a lot of the time, despite being relatively low level in the grand scheme of things. I like my team and the people I interact with on the regular.

A different year might warrant different responses but right now - the comped lunches and that bonus WFH stipend

They've proven they care about their staff in their prompt and generous response to all the chaos that has been 2020
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm able to do things that I'm good at, that I find interesting enough, and that I have good people surrounding me as I do them
