What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of highly skilled, knowledgeable people, but they aren't arrogant about their abilities. Friendly help is offered as readily as friendly conversation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has been transparent throughout the entire process of merging the companies, and continues to keep the employees informed about company direction and goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even with having to be apart during the pandemic, ACG has done a fantastic job of providing a steady stream of activities to keep us connected. The extracurricular activities have provided some much-needed novelty while being mostly quarantined.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to create things that will directly and demonstrably improve the lives of our students and their families. I also appreciate the opportunity to suggest where I think my efforts will be best spent, and have that actually matter. I highly value autonomy in my work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite part of the compensation package is the focus on employee health. The company covers 100% of the premium for my family for the best health insurance plan we've ever had. Sick leave is provided on top of vacation time. Parental leave is available. Mental health is a priority. ACG cares.
