What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do here as a software engineer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued! However, while I'm extremely grateful for my job; I think that our software engineer pay scale could be a better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the way they are very transparent about where we are as a whole and where we would like to be; with regards to all aspects of our organization. Weekly updates are great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally love the "Keep it Fun" and "Learn all things" goals here. Our People and Culture team, along with management help foster a fun environment. The always come up with fun activities to bring us together, they are nailing it even in the mist of COVID. Additionally love the "ideal hours",
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the overall energy that the team brings. Everyone is so different and at ACG you are empowered to be who you are without judgement. Moreover, while we all have individual differences, I think how we embrace the company's missions unite us as a team. Everyone is always willing to help. LoveIt
