Salary is above average and health insurance is incredible

How fun, open, humble and passionate everyone is. Literally, we jerks here. I love everyone.

The empowerment and training to do the right thing and trust to know that I will.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ACG keeps it fun and exciting. We all know exactly what Sam (our CEO) is thinking and where we're going.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency in communication and hard work in keeping us (the team) happy and excited to come to work everyday.

Clear communication and human expectations (they expect us to work hard but not put our personal lives or mental health at risk to meet deadlines)

Willingness to learn all the things as we move fast as we work to provide value to users while also having fun in the process.

Our values and vision of the company. The executive has done a fantastic job in sharing openly where we're headed and how we're going to get there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work and life balance. As a new mom, this is huge for me. My managers are very open in sharing with me that they support me and are available for anything I may need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think for the 1st time in my life, I'm paid fairly and even slightly above local average. On top of that, the benefits provided through the company are superb and better than what I've seen before at other organizations.
