What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's authentic. There is a whole company value dedicated to fun, because our leaders understand that making work enjoyable is how you get the best out of people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is competitive for the market. I know that benefits (parental policies and so on) relate directly to the things that matter to our leadership, and the things they know matter to us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Commitment. We're a mixed group with different backgrounds and different ideas about what should be prioritised, but the one thing we have in common is that we're engaged and we care about what we're doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Thinking about how quickly we've grown and all the hard work that's gone into that. And laughing - even in lockdown, I laugh and smile at my home desk because ACG are a fun bunch, doing something really cool, together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They prioritise transparency, openness and compassionate, people-led leadership. They treat us and speak to and about us as people with ideas and potential who they're keen to hear from. I have never worked for a company with leadership like it. It's inspiring.
