My dental and the amount of Life insurance they offer
I love that commission is not capped. Your achievements are rewarded. The more successful you are, the more you earn.
The corporate bonus structure/ plan
The bonus program which allows greater rewards as you do better

Salary and bonus pay is competitive. PTO is generous. 2 extra flex holidays really nice to have.

All the perks, benefits are great can't complain
Extra bonus if the company and individuals exceed

that compensation is reviewed annually with regular, annual increases and bonuses based on performance
Review from HR Dept
The base pay has increased since I've arrived and is more commensurate with the work that we do and more realistic to attracting experienced talent. Ultimately we hold the compensation outcome in our own hands and the potential is fairly limitless if you put the work in.
The PTO offered is very good...I just never take enough time off....

I enjoy being in control of my income. The harder I work the more bonuses and commission I make. There is no limit to my income. This year I have earned over $1,000 in Amazon gift cards, in bonuses.
Review from Sales Dept
The base pay is reasonable for work expected.

The opportunity for bonus and incentive for a job well done.

Being able to include my significant other of 21 years so as to not have to pay privately for medical insurance

not applicate at this time
I think I'm paid fairly and have the necessary medical coverage (although average) that I need.
The 401k match and regular bonuses are my favorite.
more PTO. Better opportunities for compensation based on team and company performance

The benefits we received are mostly okay, however, I feel the health insurance provided by Cigna is not providing the same coverage as other health insurance carriers. Example: Rx coverage, an Rx that I've taken for years that has been covered by our health insurance carriers, is now not covered.
higher base salary/ and more guaranteed money

sales quotas do not match overarching yearly goals
Goal setting does not seem fair. You are punished for having a good month with the next months quota. and for those people who had a bad month, they are rewarded the next month with soft goals. It does not seem to factor in real opportunities. It just manages bonus compensations

You need to raise base salaries back to industry standards for account managers and restructure your bonus program with targets to reflect historical performance and seasonality. Also, stop giving us busy work like "your action plan tracker". Sue Johansen is not an inspirational leader and is cold.
Currently, if you do not hit at least 50% of your quota, you dont receive any bonus. I think that if you do not reach 50%, you should still get some type of bonus, even if it were half the amount.

Treating professionals like children by implementing "time and motion" metrics makes everyone feel undervalued.
We put a lot of creative work in and we do not get paid enough for it. There's almost no room for negotiation.
Though I recently received a raise, it was very long overdue compared to the tasks and roles I have filled since my first day on the job. My salary is still not competitive relative to the field in which I work.
I don't feel my current pay reflects the effort I put in or the responsibilities I oversee
Our base Salary needs to improvement and bonuses need to be adjusted to be more attainable on a consistent basis.

Clear distinctions of roles and expectations. Also making sure that we're consistent and fair in our qualifications for advancement in all departments. Recognition for employees that go above and beyond in their roles regularly.
First, I'd like to clarify that the compensation is not terrible; however, as someone who regularly puts in long hours to ensure that deadlines are met and to learn new skills for the company yet does not receive OT, it can be a bit troubling.
Quotas are the same every month when we know that certain months are slower than others due to holidays and such. Quotas should be based off move in trends. When we historically see lower move in rates for a certain month we should be taken into account. I also feel that commissions should be higher
Review from Sales Dept
The base rate could be more competitve.

APFM uses a blanketed approach in salary wages for certain roles. Factoring in geographical areas and their cost of living would make more sense in my professional opinion.
The compensation is fine, but we are expected to put in unnecessary facetime and work long hours. No work life balance.
very low base salary for the state I live in
