What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very informative about the steps the company is taking and wants to take in the future

all leaders are fully transparent
Clear cut communication, open and transparent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Offices are muddled with heirarchy. Mafia of nationalities operate in open sight. Rising in ranks is very much dependent not on merit but where you were born and what languages you can speak.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
competitive with enough flex to meet my needs

Collaborative and everyone is open for feedback and moving on
passionate and driven to achieve great results
Upbeat, positive, inclusive, informative, understanding
Smartest people in the room, but humble and collaborative. Way better than McKinsey!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Blind leads the blind. No coaching and mentoring. All interactions are mafia driven.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work life balance in general
Strong value on team building, and inclusion
It's extremely open, ideas win, not titles. Everyone is extremely smart but down to earth. Constant learning experience with relaxed people that you want to hang out with on weekends, as well.
