Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I would of gotten a raise after working a year and a half I asked for a dollar raise he laughed in my face
I feel undervalued because they did not ask me what was said instead they took one guy's word over min
Benefits would make me feel more valued.
The owners of the Aamco I work at have verbally abused several of the employees. Also manupulated the system resulting in a loss of money for myself and the Aamco company.
