What did you like most about the interview process?

The conversation was two ways so both the company and I could assess fit. My now manager made me feel wanted and needed.

Even though it was a very extensive interview process, I didn't feel as overwhelmed as I was expecting. Everyone was very laid back, personable and kind.

Meeting a wide variety of people and timely communication throughout the process.

It was clearly important to the company to have me meet with a very broad set of colleagues across functions and levels. I appreciated the level of commitment to the process afforded by the team and it provided a broader perspective of the organization than I was used to experiencing.

The multi-round interview process included a large number of team members across functions and levels that helped me to get a good sense of morale, values, & culture. This was an important part of my decision-making process.

What I liked most about the interview process is how dedicated we are to hiring great people who are not just bright but also decent human beings.

Getting to speak with so many different people from across the company.

The interview process includes many different interviewers from the company. This way, it is demanding for the interviewed candidate. Both sides learn more about each other. At the end, Abata recruits very good talents that are professionally good and a nice fit for the positive culture.

I got to meet most of the team and they gave me a great, and accurate, sense of what working at Abata would be like.

I appreciate the range of people I was able to meet with. I was able to get a good sense of the organization from many different perspectives.
