Mr. Hubert L. Allen has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Abbott Laboratories since January 2013. Mr. Allen served as Divisional Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Established Pharmaceuticals. He joined Abbott in 2006 as Senior Counsel and supported Pharmaceutical Products Division. He held various positions within the legal department, including Divisional Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Pharmaceutical Products Group. He served as Section Head of Nutrition Legal Operations and Division Counsel and supported the Pharmaceutical Products Division. Mr. Allen served as an Assistant General Counsel at McKesson Corporation. Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut; an Master???S Degree in Politics from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey and a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut.
