Treating some of the employers better
The leadership lied to me and others about a lot. They put me in and others in dangerous situations.
Understanding that the employees are what make the company successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and health package all benenits
Great health care , pension and 401k. Covers my family
Family medical benefits, at no cost and pension.

Acknowledging when you do good but refuse to hold other drivers to the same standards.
Me of course and the great equipment

Take pride in ther job a lot of people dont understand this is the last company like this standing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New equipment, peddling freight with hand helds that work.
Stessful but lots of loyalty to each other and company
My coworker interaction is almost always positive and supportive.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everbody needs get along work together
Better decisions and performance by operations, employee compensation, talent management, and pricing.
We need to value our union workers and make them feel more appreciated. Without or laborers we do not have a company

What did you like most about the interview process?
Feel comfortable in the interview
Easy , like that they hire experienced drivers
Very well when richard howard was there
Before I left the building I was informed that I did well and as long as nothing came back from my background check I could expect a job offer.
Informal and easy to talk with manager who is no longer with the company.

Make my customers happy and come back
Working different areas , rebidding every six months . I get paid the same amount with any truck I drive. The trucks say ABF freight.
