I'm not used to having one so I'm fine not having one

They never answered my emails when I was looking to pick up more cases.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
hours, format, flexibility -It would almost seem better to have meetings near lunch instead of early since the people we want to catch are often more apt to be in the office before noon.
