its Is okay Working with ABM, I have gotten 3 pay raises in the 5 years i have been with GCA / ABM industries, i am still concerned on how many paid vacation time i get. this year i have worked 1881.23 Hours and have only used/Gotten 28 hours sick time and 26 hours in Vacation hours.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
my hourly pay and 401k
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
recruit more people that actually want to work and clean without having to sand right next to them working getting the job done accomplished by themselves and them feeling good about it. when they are done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
its been 5 1/2 years but when i had the interview it was very good, i really liked the Manager at that time and i like the one now too just. just trying to get i what is entitled to me thats all
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the teachers, each school i have went to they say can we keep you here in our building,? everywhere i go the teachers love me saying i'm doing a great job. just wish i could get a little more gratitude from corporate. and vacation days and sick time i have. just wish some one would listen to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i am a day custodian, i have my morning routine, then help extra, with what they didn't get to during the night shift. i know i am a good leader but my old manager and the existing one , always said i wasn't doing enough witch was not the case with me it was here other employees that worked.
