Paying an hourly wage that is appropriate for the job and caring for their employees

I'm so glad that I have them because they're not appreciated either if it wasn't for me appreciating them they would probably leave

Will it be great if I could just come to work and do my job and not have to do to other people's job and interview other people

Like I said I have worked for this company for six years and 80% of the time I'm doing my job and two others I even have to interview and try to hire employees
