Worst management ever from top to bottom it's all favorites and friends and family no accountability for anything and everything is passed to next shift how they keep contracts is amazing. No standard pay scale no employee reviews and forbid you question a lead or site manager

Laziness and ignorance the customers view everyone is this vest as ignorant and lazy and don't care about the quality of our work

Everything from simple communication between themselves and especially communication with the other employees have meetings tell us what's happening and expect criticism and accept responsibility for all actions and stop giving away company money to each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
How about for those who always show up on time never leave early never call off don't spend half a shift in the break room or asleep in there car or just leave the facility how bout an incentive for the ones that work like adults
