
I think the company really needs to focus on how to improve the overall culture and meet the needs of the employees as well as decrease the turnover rate. More company funded events for employees that work hard at what they do.
The leadership team needs to get better at promoting team work & appreciation for their employees. Also, they need to show respect to all employees regardless of their level in the company. They ask so much of their employees but aren't willing to do the same.
My coworkers need to realize that regardless of how long they've been at the company, they still have duties that they need to fulfill. We would work together better if they left their attitude and drama at home. A lot of them need to learn respect.
I think that the company needs to be more stern when it comes to their policies. A lot of times there is favoritism in the workplace and some employees are treated fairly, poorly or are given special privileges. They may think it goes unnoticed but it doesn't.
