Management has favorites and gossips about other employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't do anything, but make snide remarks. You can never find one, they are all secretly down in the basement eating, going out to do personal errands, they have their favorites, and gossip too much.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to clean and I'm on my own. If your area is clean no one will stand over you, stating do this, ,do that. I like this a lot. I keep my area almost spotless so I never have to engage in conversation with management.
