Underwhelming. Supervision is so sad, sitting with friends in office, if friends with management you dont have to follow rules. On phones, standing around talking while others are working. Feels very unfair, no room for advancement unless you are able to speak Spanish. Very disappointed

There is such a language barrier, smile and nod.

There is no body being held responsible for their actions.

Very fast but still had to pass a federal background check

Training. Training teamwork meetings on HOW people are doing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If supervision can get paid to talk all day, we should get paid more for actually doing work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs training. From team leads to managers. As for my training was very quick and basic. Used to be so proud of working for ABM.
