The best part right now is the generous paid time off.

Equity package always work best
Very standard package. Dental, Vision, transportation stipend. Very good education benefits. I get a week of Learning hours every year, and they cover tuition if you want to take a course somewhere.
What could be considered as the best part of my compensation package is the 13th salary
Starting salary is low for the industry In entry - mid level jobs. Room for growth and interesting work if you are able to find your research niche and prove your value.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The same grade staffs are getting different types of compensation which is not acceptable. There is very few benefit other than salary. 100% taxable income. Small scope to negotiate the benefits.
