Some of the smartest people in the world work here, but they will keep leaving because the company is mismanaged
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was a long time ago, but everyone was so smart and personable that the interviews were far more like conversations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They really need to come up with a plan that they're willing to tell people about. For years staff have asked for one and management has just said "we don't have a crystal ball". No one is asking them to, but if they want to make inflated salaries, they have to be willing to be accountable.
