The "leaders" are anything but and wasting our time with too much unbillable work.

The people who have been there a long time and worked their way up keep a relaxed, almost collegiate culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too many directors, not enough staff actually doing the work. Stop laying off experienced staff just to create more useless director positions.
