Very standard package. Dental, Vision, transportation stipend. Very good education benefits. I get a week of Learning hours every year, and they cover tuition if you want to take a course somewhere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the smartest people in the world work here, but they will keep leaving because the company is mismanaged

Nice building. There are groups to join for black and lgbtqia employees that organize events
The most positive is the references we have, that we try to follow. We also have a friendly and flexible work schedule.
Flexibility. Even pre pandemic the ability to work from home and at your own hours is great. Helps if you have a team of many timezones and can align your schedules. Just introduced ability to flex your work hours over the 2 week pay period. So 80hrs over 2 weeks not 40 over 1
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was a long time ago, but everyone was so smart and personable that the interviews were far more like conversations.
