When I first started, I asked for more pay than was initially offered and my request was accommodated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how laid back it was. If felt very conversational and I didn't feel like they were trying to make me more nervous than I was.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team works hard and gets the job done well, but also has moments to interact with each other in a social way. It makes each day much more enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how active they are with the company at every level. They really care about the experience that everyone has at work on a daily basis and that creates a really great work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is different, but everyone gets along really well. There is an emphasis on spending time together outside of work and also on creating time during the work day to interact in ways that are not work related. It creates a much more positive environment and allows for more productivity.
